Article 5 A member’s representative refers to the staff appointed by a member to handle trading, settlement, delivery and payment of commodities at Sinoruex on behalf of the member. To be certified by Sinoruex as a member’s representative, an applicant must submit an original letter of authorization from the member, a filled-out application form carrying an official chop of the employer and the ID card.

Article 6 All trading activities of a member’s representative at Sinoruex are regarded as representing that particular member, who shall take legal responsibility for the trading results.

Article 7 A member’s representative shall keep the trading account, password and identity encryption medium confidential and the member shall take full responsibility for the consequences resulting from the representative’s mismanagement.

Article 8 A member’s representative shall strictly conduct trading as directed by the member, conscientiously perform the authorized duties and forward all information publicized by Sinoruex to the member in a timely manner.
