Article 47 The Rules is formulated in Chinese and English versions. When any inconsistency arises, the Chinese version shall prevail.

Article 48 The Rule is subject to the effect of laws in P. R. China and the interpretation and amendment by Sinoruex

Article 49 Sinoruex may formulate more detailed provisions based on the Rule.

Article 50 The Rule shall come into effect as of the date of release by Sinoruex and the previous Regulations on Trading of Natural Rubber Products at the Electronic Trading Center of Hainan State Reclamation Farm Administration shall cease to function on the same day.
