Article 10 Sinoruex shall conduct membership grading based on credit rating and trading performance. The specific methods of membership grading will be publicized by Sinoruex separately.

Article 11 Sinoruex shall provide customized services in trading, settlement and delivery according to the characteristics of spot trading.

Article 12 A member must deposit the required guarantee fund before taking part in the bidding. Only highly graded members are allowed to purchase through bidding whereas only suppliers certified by purchasers are allowed to sell through bidding.

Article 13 Sinoruex organizes special trading sessions for highly graded members and the amount of guarantee fund to be deposited by highly graded members will be determined separately. Members shall follow the rules of Sinoruex to conduct trading in the special session where the payments shall be settled separately.

While highly graded members may settle payments directly, other members must settle payments through Sinoruex.
