Article 37 Sinoruex should inform its members of bulletins and trading information through the Sinoruex website or other channels, including the range of tradable products, opening price, closing price, highest price, lowest price, average price, amount of traded products and order size, etc.  

Article 38 Sinoruex owns the trading information and exercises exclusive control over the disclosure of such information. Any organization or individual is prohibited from using the trading information for commercial purposes without obtaining approval from Sinoruex.
