Article 43 The fees charged by Sinoruex include annual membership fee, trading commission, settlement service charges, delivery and payment service charge, storage fee and other related fees.

Sinoruex shall provide relevant bills and invoices to the member regularly.

Article 44 Sinoruex charges a commission from both trading parties. The specific fee charging standards will be publicized by Sinoruex separately.
