Article 1 The Regulations are formulated by Sinoruex in accordance with the Civil Code of P. R. China, Contract Law of P. R. China, Rules on Electronic Trading of Bulk Goods (GB/T18769-2003) and the status quo of natural rubber and other bulk commodities in China to fully exploit e-business technology and regulate the trading at Sinoruex. Staff and members of Sinoruex shall abide by the Regulations.

Article 2 Sinoruex is subject to the supervision of the State Industrial and Commercial Administration Bureau and quality and technical inspection authorities and shall follow the principle of fair and honest trading and protect the commercial secrets as well as lawful rights and interests of its members.

Article 3 Sinoruex uses its IT infrastructure to support electronic trading of natural rubber and other bulk commodities.

Article 4 Sinoruex provides trading parties with trading, information and delivery services.
