Article 45 The Regulation is formulated in Chinese and English versions. When any inconsistency arises, the Chinese version shall prevail.

Article 46 The Regulation is subject to the effect of laws in P. R. China and the interpretation and amendment by Sinoruex

Article 47 Sinoruex may formulate more detailed rules based on the Regulation.

Article 48 The Regulation shall come into effect as of the date of release by Sinoruex.
