Article 12 Sinoruex is located on the 8th, 9th and 10th floors of Luhai Building, Haiken Road, Haikou City, Hainan Province, P. R. China. 

Article 13 The electronic trading opens from Monday to Friday, except for public holidays in China. The trading hours for different modes of trading are different and will be publicized by Sinoruex separately.

Article 14 Sinoruex can take emergency measures in the process of electronic trading if -:
1. it is impossible to continue with normal trading due to earthquake, flooding, fire, war, strike, computer breakdown, policy change or any other reason that is not attributable to Sinoruex;
2. the market is manipulated or disrupted;
3. members’ risks in settlement and transaction closing emerge due to abnormal fluctuations of market prices; or
4. Sinoruex identifies a situation other than those described above that may seriously threaten normal trading.

When one of the above situations arises, Sinoruex may take emergency measures such as adjusting the opening and closing time, suspending or even terminating trading, increasing the level of guarantee funds or limiting the transfer of funds.
