    周二，沪胶低开高走。主力905合约开盘价13570，最高价14035，收盘涨415 元至13885元/吨，盘中持仓最高超过19万手创下近几年单日最高记录，多空交投激烈。
    当日外盘走势：由于缺乏市场材料，本日东京橡胶继续窄幅震荡，0907基准合约的震荡区间为142日元—146日元左右，最终以低于前日0.4日元的143.2日元报收。 
    当日中橡网电子成交情况如下：海南市场5#乳标无成交，挂单均价14500,挂单378吨，云南市场5#标胶无挂单。
    当日东南亚现货报价小幅回落，SICOM市场2月交货的泰国3号烟片胶FOB报价至1480美元/吨左右，2月交货的马来西亚近月船期的标胶SMR20报价至1329美元/吨。
    当前沪胶价格走势在于多空资金的实力比拼，基本面上，东南亚现货出现下跌，东京走势疲软。

    昨日美国股票及国际商品（除了避险保值的黄金）整体大幅下滑，日元外汇变化不大，预计本日东京橡胶跟随震荡下行。0907基准合约波动范围大概在136～142日元左右。截止到昨日为止，基金净持多仓473手，胶市总持仓29,330手（中国计算方法58,660手）。

    3号烟片胶3月合约价格为148.0美分，比前日跌2.0美分。
    20号标胶3月合约价格为132.9美分，比前日跌2.1美分。

    Weather Forecast
    During Feb 14-15, the westerly winds prevail over Thailand and the Gulf. This cause drop in temperature and morning fog area likely in upper Thailand. After that during Feb 16-20, a high pressure system from China will cover northeastern Thailand and the South China Sea, and the southeasterly wind brings the humidity from the Gulf to cover eastern and central Thailand. Thundershowers and isolated gust are likely in the areas. Warning   During Feb 16-20, people in the Northeast, the East and the Central should beware of thundershowers and gusty.
    Northern Part
    Morning fog and thick patches in some places. Cold in the upper portion and cool elsewhere, minimum temperature 12-20 oC. Hot in daytime, maximum temperature 35-36 oC. Cold to very cold in the high mountain, minimum temperature 6-10 °C. Light wind 6-12 km/hr.
    Northeastern Part
    During Feb 14-15, morning fog. Cold in the upper portion and cool elsewhere, minimum temperature 14-23 oC. Hot in daytime, maximum temperature 35-36 oC. Cold in the high mountain, minimum temperature 12-15 °C. Westerly winds 10-30 km/hr. During Feb 16-20, isolated to scattered thundershowers with isolated gust mostly in the eastern portion. Easterly winds 15-30 km/hr.
    Central Part
    During Feb 14-15, cool with morning fog and hot in daytime. Minimum temperature
    20-23 oC. Maximum temperature 35-37 oC. Westerly winds 10-30 km/hr.
    During Feb 16-20, isolated to widely scattered thundershowers with isolated gust. Southeasterly winds 15-30 km/hr.
    Eastern Part
    During Feb 14-15, cool in the upper portion with morning fog and hot in daytime. Minimum temperature 21-25 oC. Maximum temperature 32-36 oC.
